I led the redesign of the William Hill Plus website and mobile app. It gives retail customers a range of features that were previously unavailable to high street punters, including tracking and cashing out bets that were placed in store, as well as a range of omni-wallet features that help to bridge the gap between high street and online betting, whilst aiding fund-fluidity across the two mediums.
One of the driving forces behind the Plus redesign was adding the ability to allow users to bet in-store using their online funds, and be able to withdraw their winnings from any platform in cash, or transfer in-store winnings to their online account. These processes involved designing some complex user journeys, transactions and error-handling, all whilst aiming to provide the user with a delightful experience. Here's an example of the withdrawal journey:
